Shipping policy

Orders will usually be processed in 1-2 business days. If you need an item urgently, please contact me at hello@basilandfleur.co.uk and I will endeavour to process your order more quickly; however, I work full time as an accountant and have other commitments so cannot guarantee a faster turnaround.

Free standard UK shipping is with Hermes. Items are usually collected by the courier the day after dispatch and expected delivery is 2-3 business days thereafter. Orders can be upgraded to express delivery for £4 per order. The courier used for express delivery will depend on the individual item.

The following collections can be posted to these areas using Royal Mail ((3-5 business days for standard delivery; 1-2 business days for express delivery): ELLON, BRAEMAR, CLOVA and ISLAY.
